Porsche Smart Guide is a WeChat Mini-program that ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors at a Porsche Studio.
In 2020, Imagination developed a smart guide tool that allows users to navigate the Porsche studios, learn about Porsche brand and latest models, as well as curate individual interests. This solution enhances the visitor experience, providing easy access to information and guidance at a Porsche Studio. My role was to develop the UI design system and interfaces for the mini-program.
Discover Studios
Based on visitor’s current location, the mini-program can recommend the closest Porsche Studio. Visitors can browse the studio through the app before making a visit.
Porsche Encounter
Visitors can find detailed information regarding the Studio, including models, events, activations available. Visitors can also book a visit to the Studio through the app.
Studio Experience
At the Porsche Studio, visitors can use the mini-program to navigate around, from browsing different Porsche models to discovering interactive displays.
Personalized Journey
The mini-program then stores visit history and curated interests. Visitors can access all the obtained gifts and vouchers, as well as member benefits through the app.

The mini-program at the Porsche Studio goes beyond information, providing practical tools like Porsche Finance Services and others. Visitors can curate their preferences on the spot, customizing their experience effortlessly.
Whether it’s exploring financing options or personalizing their purchasing choices, the mini-program puts visitors in control, allowing them to curate their preferences effortlessly.
